From the first conversation through completion, McDougall Metalworks keeps the process clear, practical and professional, so you know what to expect and the work is done right.

01 — TELL US WHAT YOU NEED

Start with the problem, the idea or the project. Photos, measurements, drawings and a description are helpful, but you don't need to have everything figured out before getting in touch.

02 — ASSESS THE WORK

We review the application, existing conditions, dimensions, materials, access and any other factors that could affect the solution. For more involved projects, this may include a site visit or additional information.

03 — DETERMINE THE RIGHT SOLUTION

Not every problem has one obvious answer. Where appropriate, we'll recommend the approach that makes the most sense for the application, balancing durability, practicality, appearance and value.

04 — CLEAR SCOPE & QUOTE

Once the work is understood, you'll receive a clear outline of what is being provided and what the project involves, so there are no unnecessary surprises.

05 — BUILD & COMPLETE

The work is fabricated, repaired and finished with the same attention to detail that went into planning it. Where installation is required, the project is completed on site and brought to a proper finish.
