McDougall Metalworks provides general welding, repair and fabrication for metalwork that needs to be repaired, reinforced, modified, rebuilt or fabricated from scratch.

From a damaged component that needs to be restored to a completely custom piece that does not exist off the shelf, projects are handled according to the requirements of the application, the existing conditions and the finished result required.

GENERAL REPAIR

Repairs can range from localized damage to more involved restoration of an existing assembly.

Projects can be developed from drawings, specifications, measurements, sketches, photographs or an existing component that needs to be reproduced or improved.

MODIFICATION & REBUILDING

Existing metalwork does not always need to be completely replaced.

Where practical, assemblies can be cut, altered, reinforced, extended, reconfigured or rebuilt to accommodate new equipment, changed layouts, updated requirements or previous damage.

This can include adding supports, changing dimensions, relocating connections, replacing sections or adapting an existing assembly for a new purpose.
